Cancellations and Refund Policy

At Salwat, we create comfort in processes for you to provide the best customer service possible every time you shop with us. We don't believe in transactional customers, but we strive to provide an experience which can bring a delightful smile on your face. If your purchase lacks satisfaction, may it be of the goods or service, you may return or exchange for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept return requests for the products purchased directly from Salwat’s website (www.salwat.in)

What are the guidelines for an eligible refund ?

  • All original tags and labels on the merchandise should be intact
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused and unwashed
  • Merchandise should be in its original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase should be attached

Refunds are done for no extra charge if wrong products, and/or wrong sizes are received than what is ordered by the customer. After the merchandise reaches our warehouse, it passes our quality check guidelines and thereafter an confirmation email is sent to you regarding the approval of your return. If the picked-up shipment does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

How many days do I have to refund a product ?

Eligible refund window of products purchased from our website is 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined in the guidelines for an eligible return.

How can I refund the order purchased online?

You may refund items through the below given steps :

  • Login to your Salwat account on the website
  • Go to “My Account” (Top left menu on Mobile and Top right corner on desktop)
  • Select “My Orders”
  • Click on the Order No. which you want to refund
  • Click on “Refund Request”
  • Then, Select product(s) to refund
  • Choose your Subject and brief your reason for refund
  • Then, Submit Request.

Once your refund request has been approved, you will receive the confirmation on the registered email. Keep your item(s) ready in the original packaging for pick up. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.

Note: We provide a pick-up facility if the same address is used while placing the order.

What are the reasons for a valid refund ?

  • Size exchanges are allowed for a different size
  • Received the wrong product
  • Defective/Damaged pieces can be refunded
  • Item does not match the website representation
  • If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you refund it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately

We take stringent measures to deliver organic fashion to our customers in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that Item(s) may get damaged during transit; there may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing and/or a wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake. In case of any such inconvenience, report for an exchange. 

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind ?

Yes, you can cancel your order if the item has not been taken under the packaging process. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, we will initiate a 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via email. Though we would have loved to add a new organic fashion statement to your wardrobe. 

Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as are dispatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order. Once the order has been packed no cancellation can be initiated.

How can I cancel the order purchased online?

You may cancel items through the below given steps :

  • Login to your Salwat account on the website
  • Go to “My Account” (Top left menu on Mobile and Top right corner on desktop)
  • Select “My Orders”
  • Click on the Order No. which you want to cancel
  • Click on “Cancel Request”
  • Then, Select product(s) to cancel
  • At last, Select “Cancel Product(s)”.

Note: Orders can be cancelled until the order status states “Processing” Once the order has been accepted, it can not be cancelled.
